‘I Was Roasted on TV’: Paige Spiranac Forced to Relive Embarrassing Past by PGA Tour

The Colorado native can connect to her fans with simple but witty words and also due to her straightforward demeanor. Her ability to deal with critics has also been something that has endeared her to the fans. Her wit and straightforward approach were on full display on social media very recently.
When @NUCLRGOLF released a pronunciation guide for the players who are participating in the tour, Spiranac recalled an incident that happened while she was playing a few years ago. Spiranac that she was a starter at a Europe Tour event Years ago, and that, “This would’ve been very handy,” referring to the pronunciation guide sheet that has everyone’s name.
The reason this would have been useful for her was due to her interaction with one player on the course. “I asked one player if I had his name correct and he said yes while laughing.” Spiranac continued. She did not think anything of the laugh and started using the player’s name as she confirmed. However, she later found out that, the way she was saying the name was completely wrong.
