Ignoring Debate Over His PGA Tour Status, Rickie Fowler Joins Justin Thomas on Pebble Beach Mission
Rickie Fowler will be playing in the 2025 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am at Pebble Beach Golf Links following a 21 finish in The American Express, last weekend. His invite to the signature event was questioned by a lot of fans, since he has not really been in his greatest form for a while. Even last season, he appeared in twenty three events, and not only did he fail to grab any win, but he only had one top-10 finish.
That’s how poor his game has been. But thanks to his sponsor exemption, Fowler is one of the four players to be granted entry into the elite and exclusive $20M purse events. Despite all the ongoing debate about his presence at the event, like Justin Thomas, Rickie Fowler could not be any happier to be at the links.
Justin Thomas recently shared a carousel of pictures on his official Instagram account. The first two were scenic pictures of the Pebble Beach Golf Links, and the third was of Rickie Fowler walking on the course. He captioned it, “Maybe no place better when the weather is nice… 7-8-9 at Pebble Beach! Nice morning stroll with @rickiefowler @attproam”.
Even Rickie Fowler shared a video of him playing a practice round with Justin Thomas on his official X account. He almost made an ace on the seventh hole too. In the caption, he shared his excitement and wrote, “Monday stroll around Pebble.”
