Queen Camilla has risen to the demans of her job as a royal but she certainly does need a break. As many royal fans know, Queen Camilla pulled out of the welcome ceremony for the Qatari state dinner but she did attend the palace luncheon and the state dinner later that evening.
It’s been said that one of the reasons why Queen Camilla has been canceling so many events on her schedule is because she’s been dealing with an ongoing chest infection. A lot of people have even suggested that her pneumonia might have started out as Covid.
One source close t othe situation even put it this way, “People forget that Camilla never set out to be queen. She never signed up for the hamster wheel. She just happened to fall in love with a prince. She has risen to the demands of the job but she finds it exhausting.”
